What if I can't find a suitable gift?
I am always on the look out for amazing products and will be introducing new items regularly. Please let me know if there is anything you would like us to stock by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I order a gift as well as items for myself?
We can only process one address per order. If you are sending a gift, and also want to order some items for yourself - please do so in two separate orders. Anything you add to an order will be packed into one package and sent to one delivery address.
What kind of packaging will the gift arrive in?
All items will arrive in a recycled kraft mailer box, with paper filler inside to protect the products. This is all sourced from FSC certified forests. All paper items we use, including all greeting cards, are made from recycled materials and printed with plant based inks.
Can I send a gift in a keepsake gift box?
Yes you can. All items are sent in our recycled mailer boxes as standard. However, if you would like to upgrade to a keepsake gift box for an extra charge, please add one to your basket. Please bear in mind that this box only fits so many gifts in, ideally 5-8 items. If we find that your order doesn't fit in the box, we will contact you.
Can I have a notecard included in the gift?
Yes! We have a range of card designs that can be added to your order. Pick which card is most appropriate for the occasion and add it to your basket. As you check out, there is a 'Greetings card message' box where you should include your message, which I will hand write and add to the gift package.
Will my parcel include an invoice or receipt in the box?
Your receipts are sent electronically with your order confirmations. We never include a printed receipt or invoice in the parcel. This is partly because we do not want to waste paper, and also because most of your orders contain gifts!
I am going to give this gift in person, can you send it to me and leave the note card blank?
Yes, just let me know in the 'Greetings card message' section as you check out - I'll include your card of choice and leave it outside of the tissue paper for you to write your own message.
Not looking for a gift?
Not a problem! If you want to purchase any of the items for yourself just add them to the basket and check out as usual. I'll pack them up and send them straight to you.
How much does delivery cost?
- UK delivery - £3.00 (Royal Mail Second Class)
- UK delivery for orders over £40 - Free (Royal Mail First Class)
- International Delivery has been suspended, due to the enormous delivery delays brought on by Brexit.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK. We have stopped shipping to Europe, as delivery times are taking too long, thanks to Covid 19 & Brexit related border closures.
How long will the order take to arrive?
Please keep in mind that with postal services are experiencing severe delays at the moment. Delivery times will depend a lot on how your local postal service is doing - some will have longer delays than others.
We recommend ordering with plenty of time to spare. If you are concerned about your gift arriving too early, let us know and we can put a note on the box to not open it until a particular date.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel, please contact us immediately. I dispatch items as quickly as possible so cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or amended but will try my best to help.
Can I get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in the exact condition they were received. Customers are responsible for return postage.
There is an issue with my order, what do I do?
Contact us at email@example.com with details of the issue. If an item is damaged, photos are very useful to help us figure out what has gone wrong. We will resolve any problems and issue refunds or replacements as appropriate.
